SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER-R-2021-023
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission,given at the meeting of June
14, 2022, upholding the Community Development Director's decision for approving a
Two-Story Permit to allow the construction of a new 3,233-square-foot, two-story single-
family residence, and an attached 797-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU),
located at 6522 Clifford Drive, according to Planning Commission Resolution No. 6953.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a two-year period,it shall expire on
June 14,2024.
Also,please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from
the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which
will be scheduled before the City Council.
