1. '!hat Resolution No. 8187 is hereby rescln:1ed.
2. '!he funds for the Yooth Sports Resave F\IrXI shall be derived solely
fran future Park, Dedicaticn Fees \4Ien these fees are xeimJ::ursed to the
General F\uñ.
3. Fran said fUrd, amamt:s will, fxan time to time, be a¡:propriated by
the City cooncll for the purpose of renovation and e:xpansicn of the
yooth Sports facilities en varioos 0Jpertim unioo Scboo1. District
sd100l sites as further delineated by a masœr plan prepared jointly
by the City of 0Jpertjn0 and the Scboo1. District and in cx:nfor.JBlX:e
with the City's Five Year capital D!provanents plan. '!he requirements
of said fUrd are estllnated to be ~tely $5 millien. F\1nds
could also be used for upgradirq fields owned by the FreIoont union
High Sd100l District in the event an agreement is readJed between the
