SUBJECT:PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER-Appeal of R-2022-015&R-2022-016
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of January
24, 2023, denying an appeal and upholding the Community Development Director's decision
to approve two Two-Story Permits (R-2022-016, R-2022-015) for construction of two-story
residences on property previously subdivided through TM-2018-01,located at 11226 Bubb Road
according to Planning Commission Resolution No. 2023-01.
Please be aware that if these Permits are not used within a one-year period,they shall expire on
January 24,2024.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the
date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be
scheduled before the City Council.
