described herein for each and every entity involved in the project who ts being compensated hereunder and that
each and every claim for any cost for schedule impact such as a delay, impact, inefficiency, acceleration,
extended overhead, increased superyision, compression and all other factors affecting cost arising from the
subject of this Change Order is hereby released and waived by all such Subcontractors and supp]iers at all tiers.
