successors and assigns, on behalf of tlie GRANTOR and its successors in ownersliip of
overlying lands in tlie lot to take from the undergrormd basin within the lot any and all
water which the owner or owners of said overlying lands may be entitled to take for
beneficial rise on said lands and to supply sucli water to such owner or owners or others as
a priblic utility; provided, however, tliat nothing contained in tliis instrument sliall be
deemed to authorize GRANTEE to enter ripon any of tlie lot delineated ripon tlie above
described legal description or to autliorize GRANTEE to make any withdrawal of water
whicli will result in dai'iiage to any building or structure erected upon tlie lot.
This assignment, conveyance and authorization is made for tlie benefit lot within
tlie above described legal description and shall bind the owner of the lot(s) witliin tlie legal
description.
