Dear City Council and Staff, I have comments regarding Attachment B – Draft Ordinance (Blackline).pdf. Comment2 is very concerning to residents. COMMENT1: Should not delete “Bio-retention area” because it’s used in the ordinance. PDF page 10 of 45 in new section 41 COMMENT2: This requirement regarding trash collection will cause problems with bulk trash pickups Does this mean we put the bulk items on the street at the curb? Does it mean Recology can’t say put it on the curb off the street in our driveways? My concern is that the city’s “right of way” can be 10-20 ft from the curb. Where exactly do we place our bulk items for pickup?
