Subject: Termination of Contract
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally notify you of the termination of
our Agreement dated January 9, 2023, pertaining to Cupertino Store marketing support.
Due to budget restrictions starting in Fiscal Year 2024, it has become necessary for us to
terminate the contract. After careful consideration and thorough evaluation of the
situation, we have come to the conclusion that termination is in the best interest for the
City.
In accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract, specifically
Section 16 Termination, this letter serves as an official notice of termination. The
termination will be effective immediately.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding throughout the term of the contract.
