Coved base flooring (in food prep, food service, janitorial, restrooms). 5. Finish on ceiling (light colored, no texture). 6. Flashing on walls behind stoves. 7. Floors sloped to floor drains. 8. Hood exhaust/make up air. 9. Hood Performance test complete 10. NSF approved equipment or equal. 11. Protective wall covering behind sinks. 12. Sneeze guards. APPROVED BY: DATE: III. FINAL 1.
