all times hereinafter mentioned affiant was and still is a citizen of
the United States, over the age of eighteen years, and not a party
to or interested in the above entitled proceedings; and was at and
during all said times and still is the principal clerk of the printer and

circulation printed and published daily in the City of San Jose,
County of Santa Clara, State of California as determined by the

Council will conduct a public hearing to will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chamber in the Community Hall, City
of Cupertino, 10350 Torre Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014 and via a teleconference to consider a proposed development of a
282,320-square-foot office building with a detached parking structure and removal and replacement of 113 trees and exemption
from the California Environmental Quality Act. (Application No(s): DP-2021-001, ASA-2021-003, TR-2021-020; Applicant(s):
Apple, Inc.; Location: 19191 Vallco Parkway; APN #316-20-117).
The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, and recommended
on a 3-0 vote (Fung and Lindskog: Recusing) that the City Council approve the Development Permit (Resolution No. 2023-03),
the Architectural and Site Approval Permit (Resolution No. 2023-04), and the Tree Removal Permit (Resolution No. 2023-05).
The agenda for the Council meeting will be available by the Thursday
