Ayes: Paul, Moore, Chao, Wei and Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. The sec- ond reading is scheduled for Tuesday, Febru- ary 1, 2022, at 6:45 p.m. In accordance with Government Code 54953(e), this will be a tele- conference meeting without a physical loca- tion to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
