The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tues- day, December 14, 2021 and recommended on a 4-0-1 vote (Kapil ab- sent) that the City Council approve the Development Permit (Resolu- tion No. 6944), Architectural and Site Approval Permit (Resolution No. 6945), Fence Exception Permit (Resolution No. 6946), and Tree Removal Permit (Resolution No. 6947).
