years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.

DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

TR-2019-048)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan-
uary 18, 2022 at 6:45 p.m., the City Council of the City of Cupertino will
conduct a public hearing to consider a Development and Architectural
and Site Approval permits that would allow the replacement of seven
(7) storage buildings, with three (3) new buildings between one (1) and
three (3) stories in height to allow for a 166,845 sq. ft. storage facility;
Consider a Fence Exception request to allow electronic vehicular gates
and a Tree Removal Permit request to allow the removal and replace-
ment of eight (8) protected trees. (Application No(s): DP-2019-05, ASA-
2019-05, EXC-2019-04, TR-2019-048; Applicant(s): Emilia Samudio (Jordan
Architects); Location: 10655 Mary Ave.; APN: 326-06-050). The Planning
Commission conducted a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tues-
day, December 14, 2021 and recommended on a 4-0-1 vote (Kapil ab-
sent) that the City Council approve the Development Permit (Resolu-
tion No. 6944), Architectural and Site Approval Permit (Resolution No.
6945), Fence Exception Permit (Resolution No. 6946), and Tree Removal
Permit (Resolution No. 6947). If you have any questions, need addition-
al information or to send written comments, contact the Planning De-
partment at (408) 777-3308 or planning cupertino.org. In accordance
with Government Code 54953(e), this will be a teleconference meeting
without a physical location to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Members of the public will be able to observe and address the meet-
ing telephonically or otherwise electronically from the City's website
through procedures that will be detailed in the published meeting
agenda. If you wish to challenge the City Council's action in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised
at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written or electronic
correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino City Hall 10300 Torre
Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014 at, or prior to, the meeting. Persons need-
ing special assistance to attend the meeting under the Americans with

3200 at least 48 hours prior to the public meetings to ensure their
