years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and

English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.22-2236
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting Of Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the second
reading of Ordinance No. 22-2236: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino approving the Rezoning of two par-
cels from Planned Development with General
Commercial Uses (P(CG)) to Planned Develop-
ment with General Commercial and Residential
Uses (P(CG, Res)).
"Ayes: Paul, Chao, Moore,
Wei and Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: None. Ab-
sent: None. This ordinance was enacted and
will go into effect thirty (30) days from that
date. Complete copies may be requested by
contacting the City Clerk's office by email at
cityclerke@cupertino.org or by telephone at
408-777-3223. If you wish to challenge the City
Council's action in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written or electronic correspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino City
Hall at, or prior to, the meeting. IMPORTANT
NOTICE: Please be advised that pursuant to
Cupertino Municipal Code section 2.08.100
written communications sent to the Cupertino
City Council, Commissioners or City staff con-
cerning a matter on the agenda are included
