I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and publisher
of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the English
language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting of Tuesday, July 19,
2022, the Cupertino City Council conducted the second reading of Ordi-
nance No. 22-2241: "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino Amending Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 2.80 and Sec-
tions 19.102,040, 19.148.030, 19-148.050, 19.148.060, and 19.148.090 to
adopt a name change for the Fine Arts Commission to the Arts and Cul-
ture Commission." Ayes: Paul, Chao, Moore, Wei and Willey. Noes:
None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. This ordinance was enacted and
will go into effect thirty (30) days from that date. Complete copies ma
be requested by contacting the City Clerk's office by email at cityclerk
