Application No(s).: CP-2020-003. At its regular meeting of the Planning Commission on January,12, 2020, the Commission adopted Resolution no. #6915 to recommend that the City Council find the proposed amendments to the General Plan Amendment Authorization process exempt from CEQA, 5-0-0; and approve the proposed amendments with the exception of the frequency for submittal of applications, 5-0-0. In addition, with regard to the allowed frequency for submittal of applications, the Commission recommended that the process allow the submittal of applications 2 times a year, 3-2-0 (Wang and Saxena voting no) per resolution #6915. In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location.
