Application No(s).: CP-2020-003. At its regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Jan- uary, 12, 2020, the Commission adopted Resolution no. #6915 to recom- mend that the City Council find the proposed amendments to the Gen- eral Plan Amendment Authorization process exempt from CEQpA, 5-0-0; and approve the proposed amendments with the exception of the fre- quency for submittal of applications, 5-0-0. In addition, with regard to the allowed frequency for submittal of applications, the Commission recommended that the process allow the submittal of applications 2 times a year, 3-2-0 (Wang and Saxena voting no) per resolution #6915.
