NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, January 19, 2021, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 21-2220: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino amending Chapter 5.04, Business Li-
censes Generally, Chapter 5.20, Solicitors,
Chapter 5.48, Mobile Vendors, and Chapter
13.04, Parks. Ayes: Paul, Chao, Moore, Wei, and
Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent:
None. The second reading is scheduled for
Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. In ac-
cordance with Governor Newsom's Executive
Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference
meeting without a physical location. Complete
copies may be requested by contacting the
City Clerk's office by email at cityclerkQa
cupertino.org or by telephone at 408-777-3223.
All interested parties are invited to attend the
teleconference and address the City Council.
Instructions for participation will be published
in the Council agenda. If you wish to challenge
the City Council's action in court, you may be
