years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,

SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.21-2230
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, October 19, 2021, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the second
reading of Ordinance No. 21-2230: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City Cupertino
amending Cupertino Municipal Code sections
19.56.030A (table 19.56.030), 19.56.030F, table
19.56.040A and adding section 19.56.080 (Densi-
ty Bonus Ordinance) to allow density bonuses
and other incentives as provided by state
law". Ayes: Paul, Chao, Moore, Wei and Willey.
Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. This
ordinance was enacted and will go into effect
thirty (30) days from that date. Complete cop-
ies may be requested by contacting the City
Clerk's office by email at cityclerka@cupertino.
org or by telephone at 408-777-3223. If you wish
to challenge the City Council's action in court,
you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hear-
ing described in this notice, or in written or
electronic correspondence delivered to the
City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the
meeting. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be ad-
vised that pursuant to Cupertino Municipal
Code section 2.08.100 written communications
