The Council will also consider whether to adopt a new Chapter (Chapter 17.04) in Cupertino Municipal Code Title 17, Environmental Regulations, to adopt environmental protection conditions of approval for construction, development, site improvement and other similar or related activities. The Planning Commission, at its regular meeting on September 28, 2021, voted 4-0-1 (Absent: Scharf) to recommend that Council adopt the proposed changes to the General Plan and Municipal Code. Environmental Recommendation: Recommend Adoption of an Addendum (Addendum #5) to 2014 Final General Plan Amendment, Housing Element Update, and Associated Rezoning EIR (SCH No. 2014032007) and a Categorial Exemption.
