The City Council will consider a new nine (9) unit attached single family home development with one (1) home containing an Accessory Dwelling Unit
(ADU) at 22690 Stevens Creek Boulevard (APN#s 341-14-066, 342-14-104 & 105) at its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. The
project involves the demolition of the existing commercial building on site and construction of a new nine (9) unit attached single-family development
with one of the homes containing an ADU. The new development would include a zoning map change to allow residential uses, associated site and
landscaping improvements, use permit, development permit, and a tentative map. A Mitigated Negative Declaration is proposed and environmental
documents are available at City Hall or online at: www.cul2ertino.org/22690scb. On October 28, 2021, the Environmental Committee recommended on a
5-0 vote the City Council adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration.
On November 23, 2021, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended on a 4-1 vote (Wang: no) the City Council adopt
Resolution No. 6931 adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration. In addition, the Planning Commission recommended on a 5-0 vote that the City
Council approve the Zone Map Amendment (Resolution No.6932), Development Permit (Resolution No.6933), Tentative Map (Resolution No.6934), Use
Permit (Resolution No.6936), and Architectural and Site Approval (Resolution No.6935).
