years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case

The City Council will consider a mixed -use residential and commercial project located at 10625 South Foothill Boulevard (APN#s 342-16-087 & 088) at
its regular meeting on December 21, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. The project involves the demolition of existing commercial buildings on the site and construction
of a new mixed -use development consisting of eighteen (18) residential units and 4,500 sq. ft. of commercial space. The project requires a zoning map
change to allow residential uses, associated site and landscaping improvements, tree removals, use permit, development permit, and a tentative map. A
Mitigated Negative Declaration is proposed and all environmental documents are available at City Hall or online at:
www.cul2ertino.org/canyoncrossing. On October 28, 2021, the Environmental Committee recommended on a 5-0 vote the City Council adopt the
Mitigated Negative Declaration.
On November 23, 2021, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended on a 5-0 vote that the City Council adopt Resolution
No. 6937 adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration. In addition, the Planning Commission recommended on a 5-0 vote that the City Council
approve the Zoning Map Amendment (Resolution No.6938), Development Permit (Resolution No.6939), Tentative Map (Resolution No.6940), Use
Permit (Resolution No.6942), Architectural and Site Approval (Resolution No.6941), and Tree Removal Permit (Resolution No. 6943).
The agenda for the Council meeting will be available by the Wednesday preceding
the meeting and may be subject to change. Please call or visit
