The Council also has the option of conducting a second reading of Ordinance No.20-2219 to adopt Bird Safe regulations in a new Chapter in the Municipal Code. Environmental Recom- mendation: Exempt (Guidelines Section 15308, 15301, 15301 and 15061(b)(3)). In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No- 29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location.
