The public is invited to a City of Cupertino City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6.45 pm at which the Council will conduct:
A public hearing to consider a Municipal Code Amendment to adopt changes to the Cupertino Municipal Code to adopt Bird Safe and Dark Sky
regulations by adopting a new Chapter, Chapter 19.102: Glass and Lighting. The Council also has the option of conducting a second reading of
Ordinance No. 20-2219 to adopt Bird Safe regulations in a new Chapter in the Municipal Code.
Environmental Recommendation:
Exempt (Guidelines Section 15308,15301,15301 and 15061(b)(3)).
The agenda will be available by the Wednesday preceding the meeting
and may be subject to change. Please call to verify that the item is on the
agenda.
