Ayes: Paul, Chao, Moore, and Willey. Noes: Wei. Abstain: None. Absent: None. The second reading is scheduled for Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physi- cal location.
