NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 6:45 p.m., the Cupertino City Council will conduct a pub- lic hearing to consider the Substantial Amend- ment to the FY 2019-20 Action Plan and FY 2015-20 Consolidated Plan to provide funding for Emergency Assistance and Sanitation Serv- ices to Assist Unhoused Members of the Wolfe Road Encampment and to provide funding for the Senior Meal Delivery Program. The 2019-20 Action Plan is a one-year plan which describes CDBG eligible programs, projects, and activi- ties to be undertaken with funds expected dur- ing the FY 2019-20 (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020) and their relationship to the priority housing, homeless, and community development needs of the City. The 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan is a five-year plan which outlines the City's hous- ing and community development needs and provides an action plan on how the City in- tends to use its federal funds to address those needs. Federal regulations require that the Amended 2019-20 Annual Action Plan and Amended 2015-20 Consolidated Plan be made available community review for five days at https://www.cuperti no.org/ou r-city/departme nts/community-development/housing/ com munity-development-block-grant-program June10-15,2021. This will be a teleconference meeting with no physical location. Members of the public will be able to observe and address the meeting telephonically or electronically from the City's website through procedures that will be de- tailed in the published meeting agenda.
