The density bonuses vary by income level up to a maximum of 50%. Environmental Recommendation: Exempt (Common Sense Exemption, Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)). Not a Project (Guidelines Section 15378(a)). The Planning Commission heard the item on September 14, 2021, at which a motion to approve the amendments passed on a 3-2 (No: Madhdhipatla and Wang) vote.
