I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as

DENSITY BONUS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular meeting on Tuesday,
October 5, 2021 at 6:45 p.m., the City Council of the City of Cupertino
will conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to Cupertino
Municipal Code Sections 19.56.030A (Table 19.56.030) and 19.56.030F
(Density Bonus Ordinance) to incentivize the development of afforda-
ble housing by amending existing density bonuses of up to 40 percent
for density bonuses of up to 50 percent.
Applicant(s): City of Cupertino; Application No(s).: MCA-2021-003; Loca-
tion: Citywide.The Planning Commission heard the item on September
14, 2021, at which a motion to approve the amendments passed on a
3-2 (No: Madhdhipatla and Wang) vote. Environmental Recommenda-
tion: Categorically Exempt (Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)). Not a Proj-
ect (Guidelines Section 15378(a)). For additional information or to send

Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference
meeting without a physical location. Members of the public will be
