FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO.20-2195
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, April 7, 2020, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 20-2195: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino Approving a Development Agree-
ment for the Development of a New 7-Story,
155 Room Hotel and Associated Site and Land-
scaping Improvements Located at 10931 N. De
Anza Blvd. (APN #326-10-061)". Ayes: Scharf,
Paul, Chao, and Sinks. Noes: Willey. Abstain:
None. Absent: None. The second reading is
scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at 6:45
p.m. In accordance with Governor Newsom's
Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a tele-
conference meeting without a physical loca-
tion. Because City Hall is temporarily closed to
the public,complete copies may be requested
by emailing cityclerka@cupertino.org. All inter-
ested parties are invited to attend the telecon-
ference and be heard. Instructions for partici-
pation will be published in the Council agenda.
If you wish to challenge the action of the City
Council in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised
at the public hearing described in this notice,
or in written correspondence delivered to the
City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the
