NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, April 21, 2020, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the second
reading of Ordinance No. 20-2195: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino Approving a Development Agree-
ment for the Development of a New 7-Story,
155 Room Hotel and Associated Site and Land-
scaping Improvements Located at 10931 N. De
Anza Blvd. (APN #326-10-061).', Ayes: Scharf,
Chao, Paul, and Sinks. Noes: Willey. Abstain:
None. Absent: None. This ordinance was
enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days
from that date. A complete copy is posted in
the Office of the City Clerk. If you wish to chal-
lenge the action of the City Council in court,
you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hear-
ing described in this notice, or in written corre-
spondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
City Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing. IM-
