The 2020- 25 CDBG Consolidated Plan is a five-year plan which outlines the City's housing and com- munity development needs and provides an action plan on how the City intends to use its federal funds to address those needs. Federal regulations require that the 2020-25 CDBG Con- solidated Plan be made available in public lo- cations for community review for thirty days at www.cupertino.org/housing: May 5 - June 5, 2020. The Housing Commission held a public hearing on this item on May 14, 2020. In ac- cordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location. Mem- bers of the public will be able to observe and address the meeting telephonically or other- wise electronically from the City's website through procedures that will be detailed in the published meeting agenda. If you wish to challenge the City Council's action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hear- ing described in this notice, or in written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, or prior to, the meeting.
