2.1 Location and Description, The Project is located on Stevens
Creek t'ioultnarci between N, Wolfe Rd and Tantau Avenue, The
project includes enhancement of existing bike lanes by pravidinr�
physical separations between bicyclists and motor vehicles as well
as assodated dvil improvements including sidewalk, curb ramps.

2.2 Time for Completion. The project must be completed within 60
working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed,
City anticipates that the Work will begin onor about September 8,
2020 but the anticipated start date is provided solely for conven-
ience and is neither certain or binding.
2.3 Estimated cost. The estimated construction cost is 51,zoo,000.
3. License and Registration RequGemenls.
3.1 License. This Project requites a valid California contractors
license for the fallowing classification(s)c Class A -General Engineer-
ing or a C-B Concrete Contractor
3.2 DIR Regl5tratlon. City may not accept a Bid Proposal from or
enter into the Contract with a bidder, without proof that the bidder
Is registered with the Callfomia Department of Industrial Relations
("DIR7) to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code section
1725.5, subject to limited Iegal exceptions.
4. Contract Documents. The plans, specifications, bid forms and
contract documents for the Project and any addenda thereto
("Contract Documents') are available In electronic form only, and
may be dGwmfoaded from city's website under "Open Mels" at -
and may
also be available trom a kcal or regional plan room or trade
journal.
S. Bid Security. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid
security of ten percent at the maximum bid amount, In the term of
