NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting of Tuesday, June
16, 2020, the Cupertino City Council conducted the second reading of
Ordinance No. 20-2205, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino Amending City Code Section 2.20.010 (Recordkeeping Duties -
Closed Sessions) of Chapter 2.20 (City Clerk) To Title 2 (Administration
and Personnel) to Clarify Limited Access to Closed Session Minutes.
"Ayes: Scharf, Paul, Chao, Sinks, and Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: None.
Absent: None. This ordinance was enacted and will go into effect thirty
(30) days from that date. Complete copies may be requested by con-
tacting the City Clerk's office by email at cityclerk@cupertino.org or by
telephone at 408-777-3223. If you wish to challenge the City Council's
action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in
written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
City Hall at, or prior to, the meeting. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be ad-
