NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, July 7, 2020, the Cupertino
City Council conducted the first reading of Or-
dinance No. 20-2208: "An Ordinance of the City
Council of the City of Cupertino Amending City
Code Chapter 2.88: Audit Committee §100
Duties -Powers -Responsibilities." Ayes: Scharf,
Paul, Chao, Sinks, and Willey. Noes: None. Ab-
stain: None. Absent: None. The second reading
is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 6:45
p.m.ln accordance with Governor Newsom's
Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a tele-
conference meeting without a physical loca-
tion. Complete copies may be requested by
contacting the City Clerk's office by email at

to attend the teleconference and address the
