LEAF BLOWERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular
meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 6:45
p.m., the City Council of the City of Cupertino
will conduct a public hearing to consider Mu-
nicipal Code Amendment to CMC Chapter 10.48
Community Noise Control to consider regula-
tions for Leaf Blowers and to consider pro-
posed amendments for clarification, readabili-
ty and ease of implementation. Application
No(s).: MCA-2020-002; Applicant(s): City of
Cupertino; Location: Citywide. For additional
