URGENCY ORDINANCE NO.20-2211
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, September 15, 2020, the Cupertino
City Council conducted the one and only read-
ing and enacted Urgency Ordinance No. 20-
2211: "An Urgency Ordinance of the City Coun-
cil of the City of Cupertino temporarily waiving
permit fees for certain temporary commercial
signs and banners.."Ayes: Paul, Chao, Sinks,
and Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: Scharf. Ab-
sent: None. This ordinance was enacted and
will go into effect immediately. Complete cop-
ies may be requested by contacting the City
Clerk's office by email at cityclerka@cupertino.
org or by telephone at 408-777-3223. If you wish
to challenge the City Council's action in court,
you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised at the public hear-
ing described in this notice, or in written or
electronic correspondence delivered to the
City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the
meeting IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be ad-
vised that pursuant to Cupertino Municipal
Code 2.08.100 written communications sent to
