Amendments to Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 10.48 Community Noise Control to consider regulations for Leaf Blowers. Application No(s).:

At a regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, the Planning Commission's motion to recommend that the City
Council approve the Municipal Code Amendments failed with a vote of 0-4-1(Saxena absent) per Resolution #6910.
In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No. 209-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location. Members of
the public will be able to observe and address the meeting telephonically or otherwise electronically from the City's website through procedures
that will be detailed in the published meeting agenda.
