LEAF BLOWERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular
meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 6:45
p.m., the City Council of the City of Cupertino
will conduct a public hearing to consider Mu-
nicipal Cade Amendments to Cupertino Munic-
ipal Code Chapter 10.48 Community Noise Con-
trol to consider regulations for Leaf Blowers.

Applicant(s): City of Cupertino; Location: City-
wide. At a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission on Tuesday, September 22, 2020,
the Planning Commission's motion to recom-
mend that the City Council approve the Munic-
ipal Code Amendments failed with a vote of 0-
4-1 (Saxena absent) per Resolution #6910. For
