FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO.20-2214
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 20-2214: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino amending Cupertino Municipal Code
Section 2.04.010 (concerning regular meetings
of the City Council); Section 2.28.040 (concern-
ing powers and duties of the City Manager);
Section 8.01.090 (concerning animals in City
buildings); Chapter 11.08 (concerning bicycle
licensing and registration); and Section
13.04.190 (concerning activities prohibited in
City parks):' Ayes: Scharf, Paul, Chao, Sinks,
and Willey. Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent:
None. The second reading is scheduled for
Monday, November 2, 2020, at 6:45 p.m. In ac-
cordance with Governor Newsom's Executive
Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference
meeting without a physical location. Complete
copies may be requested by contacting the
City Clerk's office by email at cityclerka@
cupertino.org or by telephone at 408-777-3223.
All interested parties are invited to attend the
teleconference and address the City Council.
Instructions for participation will be published
in the Council agenda. If you wish to challenge
the City Council's action in court, you may be
