FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO.20-2215
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 2215:"An Ordinance
of the City of Cupertino to set the minimum
wage for 2021 at $15.65 per hour." Ayes: Scharf,
Paul, Chao, Sinks, and Willey. Noes: None. Ab-
stain: None. Absent: None. The second reading
is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2020, at
6:45 p.m. In accordance with Governor
Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will
be a teleconference meeting without a physi-
cal location. Complete copies may be request-
ed by contacting the City Clerk's office by
email at cityclerka@cupertino.org or by tele-
phone at 408-777-3223. All interested parties
are invited to attend the teleconference and
address the City Council. Instructions for par-
ticipation will be published in the Council
agenda. If you wish to challenge the City Coun-
cil's action in court, you may be limited to rais-
ing only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written or electronic correspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino City
Hall at, or prior to, the meeting. IMPORTANT
NOTICE: Please be advised that pursuant to
Cupertino Municipal Code 2.08.100 written
