NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular
meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at
6:45 p.m., the City Council of the City of
Cupertino will conduct a public meeting to
consider an establishment of a new housing
program to incentivize the development of af-
fordable housing by allowing for density bo-
nuses up to 40 percent and initiation of a zon-
ing code amendment to include the program in
the City's density bonus ordinance;
