NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular
meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 6:45 p.m.,
the City Council of the City of Cupertino will
conduct a public hearing to consider approv-
ing a Development Agreement for the Develop-
ment of a New 7-Story, 155 Room Hotel With
Associated Site and Landscaping improve-
ments Located at 10931 N. De Anza Blvd. (APN
#326-10-061); Application No: DA-2018-01;
Applicant(s): Sherly Kwok (De Anza Proper-
ties); Location: 10931 N De Anza Blvd; APN
#326-10-061.At a regular meeting of the Plan-
ning Commission held on December 10, 2019,
the Planning Commission recommended on a
4-0 vote (Absent - Saxena) that the City Coun-
cil adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration,
adopt the mitigation measures, and adopt the
Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;
and approve the applications for General Plan
Amendment and permits per Resolution Nos.
6890-6895. For additional information or to
