At the conclusion of the hearing for reconsideration, the City Council may affirm, reverse, or modify its original decision, and may adopt additional findings of fact based upon the evidence submitted in any and all city hearings concerning the matter. At a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on December 10, 2019, the Planning Commission recommended on a 4-0 vote (Absent - Saxena) that the City Council adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration, adopt the mitigation measures, and adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; and approve the applications for General Plan Amendment and permits per Resolution Nos. 6890-6895. In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location.
