RESOLUTION NO. 8660
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, TRANSFERRING FUNDS
TO CAL TRANS FOR SUPPORT OF PENINSULA
COMMUTE SERVICE FEEDER PRomer;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Cupertino and California
Department of Transportation outlining the terms and conditions for provision of feeder
shuttle service to increase riden¡hip and revenues of the Peninsula Commute Service and
to enhance transit usage along the San Francisco Peninsula has been presented to the City
Council; and said agreement having been approved by the City Manager and the City
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, Cupertino's share of the local cost for July 1,1992. to June 30,1993
is $8,943.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of
Cupertino.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $8,943 is 8p Xopriated from the Vallco Park
Environmental Impact Fund.
