Said parcel map and iIrprovement plans herein referred to are hereby awroved. b. 'Ihe offer of dedication for street areas and all easements is hereby accepted. c. 'Ihe City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said iIrprovement plans. d. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said parcel map and have it recorded. e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agyeement herein referred to.
