I realize you were at one time, waiting for some verification of The Forum's cost figures from their engineers and I hope that has been done. If there is anything I can do to expedite the matter, I would appreciate it because we have a contingent of retired priests who just don't get along too well in the cold northern New York weather during the wintertime, and simply have to be housed in the facility here on Cristo Rey Drive in good old warm California. We can't legally get them housed here until we get that hookup and I am legitimately under all sorts of pressure from the Maryknoll Fathers to get the matter taken care of . If there is anything I can do, such as getting after Forum or getting after their engineers or having some outside engineer do some proportionate cost figures or anything that you want done, please just say so, because you have no idea of the urgency of the matter from my client's standpoint! Please give me a call to advise how I can help in the matter. Thank you for your cooperation. Very truly yours, GERALD B. HANSEN GBH: jo cc: Father Rans Father Dwyer LAW OFFICES OF GERALD B. Complete structural and cosmetic repairs were made attempting to provide the structural reinforcement to withstand a similar and greater earthquake, all under the competent direction of structural engineers.
