Subject: Application HC-51 ,610. 1
This letter confirms the decision of the Architectural and Site
Approval Committee given at its meeting of April 29, 1985 to deny
• the above referenced application subject to the Findings
contained in the attached copy of ASAC Resolution No. 1144.
In response to your comments regarding sign enforcement, the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee requested that the
staff conduct a comprehensive sign enforcement program of all
illegal service station signs. The Code Enforcement Officers are
now notifying and/or siting service station operators/owners as
41, appropriate. Your illegally erected signs at the Smog Doctor
station on South Saratoga/Sunnyvale Road will also be the subject
of this enforcement action unless they are removed and new signs
applied for. You may request a temporary sign for a maximum
period of 30 days while you are seeking new sign approvals.
We appreciate your participation in the design review process.
