Applicant: Ron Dick
Property Owner: 11835 Upland Way/Lot 2
Location: 22040 Regnart Road
Hillside Exception to construct a residence on slopes greater than 30% and for an exception for
second story setbacks in accordance with Chapter 19.40.050 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended
The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.

Use Permit to demolish an existing service station and build a new one, including modifications to
the site plan.

Applicant: Thomas Boyd (All American Shopping Center)
Location: NW Corner of Bollinger Road and Blaney Avenue
Use Permit to construct a new 13,833 sq. ft. retail store (Walgreen's) and other improvements
related to parking and landscaping at an existing shopping center; and to allow a 24 hour operation
at Walgreen's and a drive-through window for pharmacy.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended

Applicant: City of Cupertino
Location: John Way
Request from residents to re-zone John Way to limit construction to single story. The following
parcels will be affected: 359-19-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009 010; 359-18-001, 002,
003, 004, 005, 006 and 007; 359-18-052, 053, 054.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended
The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.

Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, 95014.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written
correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, prior to, the public hearing. Please note that
Planning Commission policy is to allow an applicant and groups to speak for 10 minutes and
individuals to speak for 3 minutes.
