Application No.(s): 11-EXC-97 and 29-EA-97 Applicant: Ron Dick Property Owner: 11835 Upland Way/Lot 2 Location: 22040 Regnart Road Hillside Exception to construct a residence on slopes greater than 30% and for an exception for second story setbacks in accordance with Chapter 19.40.050 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. The following parcels will be affected: 359-19-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009 010; 359-18-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006 and 007; 359-18-052, 053, 054. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts. All environmental documents for the described applications are available for public review at the Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, 95014.
