A RESOIlJTICN OF THE CITY CXXJNCIL OF THE CITY OF aJPERl'INO
RECEIVING DECIARATION OF EIECl'ION RESUIJI'S,
SPECIAL MUNICIPAL EIECl'ION,
NOVEMBER 6, 1990
WHEREAS, the City of CUpertino conducted a special nnmicipal election
for the purpose of submitting 'bio ballot measures to the voters of
CUpertino; ani
WHEREAS, said election was conducted on November 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Registrar of Voters of the County of Santa Clara, state
of California has conducted the official canvass of the returns of said
election in a=rdance with the appropriate provisions of the Election
Code of the state of California; and
WHEREAS, the Registrar of Voters has certified that the attached is a
full, true and correct statement of the votes cast at said Special
Municipal Election;
MOO, ~ÚRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby receives Certificate of Election Results, Special
Municipal Election, November 6, 1990.
PASSED AND ADOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the

DECLARATION OF ELECTION RESULTS

County of Santa Clara )
I, George A. Mann, Registrar of Voters of said County,
hereby declare that at the General Election held on November 6,
1990, and consolidated therewith, a Special Municipal Election
was held in the CITY OF CUPERTINO for the purpose submitting
Measures T and U to the voters of said City;
That the results of said Election was canvassed by the
Office of the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters in
accordance with applicable provisions of the California Elections
Code; and,
That the Statement of Votes Cast, to which this Certificate
is attached, shows the whole number of "YES" and "NO" votes cast
for and against said Measures T and U in said City and in each of
the respective precincts; and that the totals shown are full,
true and correct.
