APPOOVING 0H1UNITY DEVELOEMENI' BIDCK GRAN!' CDNl'RACl'
BEIWEEN '!HE CDUNl'Y AND '!HE CI'I'Y OF aJPERl'INO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
AND AUIHORIZING EXEX:m'ION OF 1\GREEMENI'
WHERFAS the city of CUpertino participates in the Urban County
Cooperative Conuuunity Deve10pnent BI=k Grant Program; and
WHERFAS the Departlœnt of Housin;¡' and Urban Developnent requires an
in:li vidual contract between the County of Santa Clara and participatin;¡'
cities; and
WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the proposed contract and
exhibits;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement
covering $528,211.99 in æBG fun:ls for the period July 1, 1990 through
June 30, 1991 between the County of Santa Clara and the city of CUpertino.
