FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of January 13, 1986.
CONDITIONS:
1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS
Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
• 16. APPROVED EXHIBITS
That the recommendation of approval is besed on Exhibits A and B of
Application 27-AIM-85 except as may be amended by special conditions
enumerated herein.
17. PRIOR CONDITIONS
The Agreement approved under City Council Resolution No. 6531, or any
subsequent amendments thereto, obligating the project proponent to
participate in the City's Below Market Rate housing program shall be
recorded simultaneously with recordation of the final condominium map.
18. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS:
The homeowners association documents, enabling declaration and
condominium plan shall be approved by the City Attorney and the
Department of Planning & Development prior to being recorded.

• 19. COMMON AREA DESIGNATIONS
All common areas, including general and restricted common areas, shall
be lheled accordingly on the final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California by
the following roll call vote:
