Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of January 27, 1986.
CONDITIONS:
1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS
Standard conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
16. APPROVED EXHIBITS
• The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A of Application
21-Z-85 except as may be amended by special conditions enumerated
herein.
17. USES PERMITTED
The approval permits construction of a maxinann of six (6) dwellings
and related site improvements to be constructed in a single phase.
Said construction may proceed only upon approval by the City Council
of a Use Permit which shall include the adoption therein of a
Definitive Development Plan as defined in Section 4B of Ordinance
618.
