Reso 2761 RESOLUTION NO. 2761 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A CHANGE OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR 0.67 ACRES FROM R2-4.25 TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 5-10 DU/AC. USE INTENT) ZONE. Application No(s) . 21-Z-85 Applicant: DEBCOR Corporation Property Owner: DEBOOR and Associates Location: West side of Stelling Road, approx. 110 ft. North of Lilac Way Parcel Area (Ac) 0.67 FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLIJSI0NS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 27, 1986. CONDITIONS: 1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS Standard conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with special conditions enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 16. APPROVED EXHIBITS • The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A of Application 21-Z-85 except as may be amended by special conditions enumerated herein. 17. USES PERMITTED The approval permits construction of a maxinann of six (6) dwellings and related site improvements to be constructed in a single phase. Said construction may proceed only upon approval by the City Council of a Use Permit which shall include the adoption therein of a Definitive Development Plan as defined in Section 4B of Ordinance 618.
